St. Patty's Day

Hope everyone had a great St. Patty's Day! I love when holidays fall on the weekend because you, or we tend to celebrate all weekend long.

On Saturday night we hung out with a few of Joseph's co-workers...Played games, ate dessert and drank hot drinks. I made these white chocolate covered Oreos.

Sunday night our friends hosted a party. Everyone brought a dish and I made one of Joseph's favorites, chicken salad. He wanted me to die the salad green but I said it would look disgusting, so I went for green washi tape and made cute flags.

Everyone did such a great job with their green hors d'oeuvres!

Guacamole & Tortilla Chips

Irish Style Dirt Cake

Beer-battered Broccoli 

And lots of yummy beverages 

Cute Irish sayings were all over the house. . .
