St. Patrick's Day

I've been dying to make green pancakes all weekend but kept holding out in hopes for a snow delay on Monday morning. Well, we only got an inch so no delay. Breakfast for dinner it is! 

I don't know what it is but breakfast on a cold, rainy/snowy day is always appealing. So we had green pancakes, eggs, and home fries - yumo!
